Payment and Cancellation
- 50% upon booking, via a link for credit card payment, which will be provided after we contact you and confirm your reservation.
- 50% at the facility, at the time of the experience.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- For cancellations made within the last 48 hours, 50% of the amount paid at the time of booking will be retained.
