Description
Intense and luminous ruby red; on the nose, it offers fruity notes of sour cherries and plums, along with floral hints of iris and sweet violet, before opening up to hints of undergrowth and licorice root. Leather, tobacco, and clove, along with a slight balsamic note, enrich the bouquet.
On the palate, it is characterized by well-structured tannins and pronounced acidity, creating a progressive and dynamic mouthfeel that balances the juiciness of currants and blueberries with hints of bitter cocoa. It closes with the fruity freshness of blood orange in a persistent and crisp finish.

A red wine with just the right amount of Sangiovese.
Hand-harvested grapes undergo meticulous selection. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 10 days. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 2 to 6 months and then refined in the bottle for another 2 to 6 months.
