To the eye, it appears as an intense ruby red with bright, lively highlights.
The bouquet is characterized by fruity notes of cherry and blueberry and a floral note of slightly wilted sweet violet; a hint of sweet tobacco and spicy notes of pink pepper and delicate vanilla counterbalance notes of musk and Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate, it is intense and juicy, vibrant thanks to its lively acidity and well-structured due to the quality of its tannins. It has a lovely fruity finish with excellent length.

A Sangiovese worth discovering.
The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously selected. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months and then refined in the bottle for another 12 months.
