MiOlio is an oil with very low acidity, sweet taste without bitterness, with a spicy charge perceptible later. An oil very rich in scents with its great antioxidant heritage and a wealth of polyphenols.
Light green color with golden hues, intense and elegant aroma with notes of fresh vegetables reminiscent of artichoke, well-structured but elegant taste with the right relationship between bitter and acid.
