Scarabotti Igt Tuscany - Valdorcia Terre Senesi

A rich and autochthonous red wine 

 

We harvest grapes when they become perfectly ripe in order to maintain the wine flavours. The fermentation is made in inox containers at a temperature of 25°C in order to preserve the primary and secondary aromas. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, it follows a refining process for about six months in inox containers, the obtained product is bottled and improved for about three months in glass bottles.
